What to Expect:
Gain a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, pranayama (breath work practices), yoga asana (postures), meditation, anatomy + physiology, principles of alignment, hands-on adjustments, energetic anatomy, and much more!
Enjoy specialty workshops led by guest instructors who are experts in their fields including Ayurveda, anatomy, body mechanics, and yoga therapy.
Learn how to craft yoga sequences, pranayama, and meditations that are well-rounded, safe, and enjoyable.
Get ample practice teaching in a small, supportive environment before training ends. Even if you do not plan to teach classes after graduating, this knowledge is so helpful for cultivating a personal practice at home.
Graduate from a Yoga Alliance Accredited School, eligible for membership immediately after graduation.

· Principles of Biomechanics, Physiology, Functional Anatomy, and Energetic Anatomy
· Advanced Asana Practices of Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, + Yin Yoga, as well as adaptations for special populations
· Advanced Pranayama and Meditation Practices + Applications
· Discussions and applications of sequencing, alignment, cueing, and series, class, + workshop development
· Principles + Applications Yoga Philosophy (including 8 Limbs of Yoga, The Yoga Sutras, and The Bhagavad Gita)
· Ayurveda, the Sister Science of Yoga with special appearance by an Ayurvedic Practitioner
· Specialty Workshops including: Adaptive Yoga, Sequencing + Preparation for Arm Balances + Inversions, Core Functional Training, Yoga + the Psoas, Guided and Silent Meditation Practices, Chair + Wall Yoga, Adrenal Health + Wellness, Kosha Mapping, The Inner Work Book Study, Accessing the Vagus Nerve through Yoga, and more!
